Manufacturing of custom made-to-order wheels to fit virtually any application. In most cases, we already know the necessary measurements for a stock vehicle configuration. Every forged wheel is custom made-to-order for each individual customer and each unique vehicle application. This extremely resource-intensive manufacturing process ensures that every order is individually engineered, precision machined, hand finished, and custom powder coated to deliver a perfect vehicle fitment and to fulfill each customer's personal creative vision.
After the designs and fitment data confirmed and the payment of the order. Designer start to design the wheels via parametric CAD software, allowing precision modelling to be within 0.01mm, and for us to easily assess and modify features against the design intent and the predicted outcome throughout the process. Every design will pass through multiple drafts until the look is perfect.
When the core design is finalized, structural engineer begins enhancing the performance and look. Each set of wheels is designed with specific weight reduction strategies in mind, such as spoke hollowing and weight reduction pocketing. Concavity or dish depth is optimized as per client's request. Brake clearance will also be verified to make sure mounting the wheels will be hassle-free.
Before wheel production, the designer will perform computer simulation tests - Finite Element Analysis, to make sure all applicable JLW, VIA and TUV safety standards are met. The highly predictable mechanical properties of forged 6061-T6 aluminum alloy allow us to pinpoint potential stress points in the wheel and predict its performance with FEA to an exceptional degree of accuracy.

The Hand Prep Department is responsible for prepping the wheel for its final surface finish. Wheels with brushed or polished finishes undergo an additional amount of hand prep, creating a very artisanal look that can only come from an educated hand.
